The Vulcan FOOD-WARMER ThermoGlo™ food warmer is an accessory for Vulcan Frymate™ fry dumps. It attaches to fry dump stations and hangs over food trays or pans, warming chicken, fish, fries, cheese curds, and other items fresh from the fryer. This process helps extend the length of time fried food can be preserved, enabling chefs to have product ready for customers instead of making fresh food for each order.
