The Vulcan EV60SS-6FP24G208 electric range is made with an aluminized steel frame with components such as the front, sides, and backsplash constructed of stainless steel. The unit features six French hot plates ideal for sauteing, and a 24-in.-wide, ⁷/₈-inch-thick griddle plate that can be used for preparing everything from burgers to breakfast.

The Vulcan EV60SS-6FP24G208 restaurant range’s cool-to-touch control knobs manipulate the hot plates and two ovens—one standard and one oversized. They both feature an additional control for the top browning element, which can act as a broiler. Debris from the oven’s contents is collected in the stainless steel crumb tray, which pulls out for easy disposal. The full unit sits on four 6-inch adjustable legs.
