Each element is controlled via thermostatic controls, and the ovens have an additional control for the top-browning feature. For a wide range of capabilities, the unit can be set between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Inside, the Vulcan EV60SS-5HT-480 electric range with hot tops features wire racks that can be adjusted to four different levels as needed to accommodate various container sizes and layouts. A stainless steel crumb tray collects debris within the oven. Overall, the unit measures 60 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 58 inches high and sits on four 6-inch, adjustable feet.
