Vulcan EV48-S-4FP24G208 Description
The Vulcan EV48-S-4FP24G208 electric range is perfect for simmering sauces and preparing delicate products with the four 91⁄2-inch diameter French plates. The heat can be adjusted with infinite control switches by the cool-to-the touch control knobs. Preparing breakfast foods like pancakes and eggs is simple with the 24-inch griddle. Since the pull-out crumb tray covers the entire width, it makes cleanup simple by collecting food debris while you cook.
The standard oven in the Vulcan EV48-S-4FP24G208 electric range’s base comes with one rack that can be adjusted to three positions. Full-size sheet pans measure 18 inches wide by 26 inches deep and fit in the oven front to back and side to side. The temperature can be set anywhere from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and the oven has top browning control. Controls for the oven are located in an insulated side compartment to prevent them from overheating. The heavy-duty door’s hinge and spring mechanism makes it easy to access the interior.
