The Vulcan EV36-S-6FP-208 electric range has stainless steel sides, front, backriser, and shelf that resist corrosion and scratches. The steel frame has been fully MIG-welded to maintain structure and provide strength. Adjustable for uneven floors, there are four 6-inch stainless steel legs. The range has six 91⁄2-inch round French plates, perfect for simmering and cooking delicate products like sauces, desserts, and soups. Infinite heat control switches adjust to four positions to accurately control the temperature. A stainless steel crumb tray beneath the cook top can be pulled out so it is easy to throw away waste.
The Vulcan EV36-S-6FP-208 electric range’s standard oven has one rack that accommodates a full-size sheet pan side to side and front to back. The rack can be adjusted to three positions for a variety of cooking options. Temperatures range from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven, and controls for the oven are mounted in an insulated side compartment to protect them from heat. The heavy-duty door easily opens and closes with an integrated hinge and spring mechanism.
