The Vulcan EV36-S-3HT electric range has three 12-inch-by-24-inch hot top sections. Each section is individually controlled by a thermostat, delivering precise heat adjustments. Since the control knobs remain cool while the range heats up, the risk of burns is reduced. Cleanup is simple thanks to a pull-out, full-width crumb tray. To keep the unit elevated off floors, there are 6-inch adjustable legs. These legs, along with the sides, front, backriser, and shelf are made of stainless steel for durability.
The standard oversized oven accommodates 18-inch-by-26-inch sheet pans. There is one rack included that can be adjusted to three positions. Temperatures range from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit in the Vulcan EV36-S-3HT electric range’s oven. Controls for the unit are shielded in an insulated side compartment. The heavy-duty door construction withstands frequent commercial use.
