The Vulcan-Hart EV36-S-3HT-2083 electric range includes three thermostatically-controlled hot top sections with a standard oversized oven with top browning control. This model has a thermostat that adjusts from 200 to 500 degrees, and also has a full-width pull out stainless steel crumb tray to catch loose food particles. It has a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame for extra durability, and stainless steel front, sides, back riser, plate shelf and legs for standard durability. The electric restaurant range has one oven rack and three rack positions for more product space to speed up the cooking process.
