Vulcan ET100 Description
The Vulcan ET100 stationary kettle is designed to handle large-batch cooking with its 100-gallon capacity and fully steam-jacketed design, which ensures even heat distribution. Built with a 316 series stainless steel liner, this durable unit resists corrosion and maintains a sanitary cooking surface. Its stainless steel spring-assisted cover includes a condensate ring and drop-down lift handle for controlled steam release, while the sloped interior bottom directs product flow smoothly through a mounted 2-inch plug draw-off valve with a perforated strainer.
Equipped with electric heating elements, the Vulcan ET100 kettle features an on/off switch, signal light, and thermostat control for precise temperature management. Safety features include a 15 PSI relief valve, a low water cut-off control, a pressure limit switch, and a pressure gauge. For added stability, this floor model kettle is mounted on 2-inch-diameter stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet.
