Vulcan EL80 Description
The Vulcan EL80 stationary kettle features an 80-gallon capacity and a fully steam-jacketed design for uniform heat distribution. Its 316 series stainless steel liner resists corrosion and ensures durability in commercial kitchens. The dish-shaped interior bottom slopes forward, allowing smooth product flow through the mounted 2-inch plug-type draw-off valve with a perforated strainer. A graduated measuring rod assists with portioning, and a faucet bracket is included for convenience.
This Vulcan EL80 kettle is equipped with a stainless steel, spring-assisted cover with a condensate ring and a drop-down lift handle for controlled steam release. Its electric heating elements provide consistent performance, while an on/off switch with a signal light and thermostat control allows precise temperature adjustments. Safety features include a 15 PSI relief valve, a low water cut-off control, a pressure limit switch, and a pressure gauge. The unit is supported by 2-inch-diameter stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability.
