Vulcan C24GA6 (6) Pan Convection Steamer - Cabinet, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan C24GA6 floor model steamer has two compartments stacked on top of a water-resistant, enclosed cabinet base. The compartments and base are made of durable stainless steel for smooth cleaning operations. Each of the compartments can accommodate three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹⁄₂-inch pans. The interior of the compartments has coved corners, eliminating crevices that trap dirt and debris. The two heavy-duty doors come with door latch mechanisms to keep them sealed closed. The unit is stabilized by 6-inch, adjustable legs with stainless steel, flanged feet that ensure operators can secure the unit to the floor.

To produce steam, the Vulcan C24GA6 gas steamer is equipped with a stainless steel steam generator. It has a staged two-speed water fill that enables fast initial fill and slow refill to ensure steam production is maintained when cooking. The compartments have their own individual controls, including power switches that illuminate when turned on and 60-minute timers with constant steam features. The unit has split water connections for treated and untreated water.
