Designed for efficiency, the Vulcan C24ET10-LWE convection steamer utilizes a low water energy system to enhance performance while conserving resources. Constructed of stainless steel for durability, the unit is supported by leveling feet for stability. Measuring 24 inches wide by 351⁄2 inches deep by 713⁄10 inches high, this unit features a two-compartment configuration on a 24-inch cabinet base, accommodating a total of (10) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21⁄2-inch-deep pans.
The Vulcan C24ET10-LWE convection steamer includes dual high-output steam generators, equipped with a Smart Drain system and Powerflush, to ensure consistent steam production and simplified maintenance. Individual professional controls provide precision with a 60-minute timer, buzzer, and constant steam function for each compartment. A staged water fill system and split water line contribute to controlled steaming, while dual delime ports simplify cleaning.
