Vulcan C24EO3AF Description
The Vulcan C24EO3AF three pan convection steamer does not require delimer or water treatment, so it is simple to maintain. When it is time for cleaning, the wire racks and side panels are removable and dishwasher safe, and the body is made of stainless steel that can be wiped clean. The heavy-duty door can be opened while the unit is cooking so users can grab or place a food item inside. An indicator light shines to inform users when the unit is cooking or when water levels are too low or high.
If water levels get low, the Vulcan C24EO3AF three-pan convection steamer refills from a connected water supply. It is operated on a 60-minute timer, which buzzes when the cycle is finished so food does not overcook. This timer also compensates for the time it takes to load and unload the steamer. To protect key components, the heating elements are embedded so they do not contact the water and the mechanical controls are water resistant.
