Vulcan C24EO3AF Description
The Vulcan C24EO3AF convection steamer can be connected to a water line for automatic refilling. For convenience, the indicator lights shine when the water level is low, high, or when the unit is cooking. Water levels are also specified in the generator pan using stamped lines. While providing constant steam to three pans at once, the unit has a 60-minute timer that buzzes when cooking is complete. That timer also adjusts itself, compensating for the time it takes to load or unload pans.
The heavy-duty door on the Vulcan C24EO3AF three-pan convection steamer can be opened during the cooking cycle to add or remove product. Because this unit operates with water, the mechanical controls are water resistant and the heating elements are embedded to remove them from the water. When it is time to clean and maintain this steamer, the side panels can be removed, and the panels and racks are dishwasher safe. No water filtration or deliming is necessary in this steamer.
