The Vulcan C24EA3 PS countertop steamer retains food's natural colors, flavors, and nutrients. Products are steamed at a temperature of 235 degrees Fahrenheit instead of the typical 212 degrees Fahrenheit, accelerating cooking without eliminating moisture. Water is filled quickly and refills continuously during cooking, as the smart draining system removes excess water.
The steam generator in this Vulcan C24EA3 PS commercial steamer is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and has high-output levels. With its stainless steel exterior and interior construction, the unit resists most scratches and dents while easing cleaning. For everyday use in commercial kitchens, it has a heavy-duty door and latch, and the Vulcan C24EA3 PS countertop steamer has a cord strain-relief feature to prevents accidental unplugging or tripping.
