Vulcan 948RX Description
The Vulcan 948RX gas griddle features a 1-inch-thick griddle plate that retains heat longer than a thinner plate. Its stainless steel construction can withstand daily use in a commercial kitchen without corroding or being dented and scratched. A burner is positioned every 12 inches inside the plate, delivering consistent heat and cooking power. These burners are controlled by snap-action thermostats, which can be adjusted as needed to achieve the proper levels. With a 48-inch-wide plate, this griddle works great in any high-production kitchen that serves grilled food, such as burgers or breakfast food.
