Vulcan 72SS-6B36GT Description
To bake, broil, roast, saute, simmer, sear, and fry dishes in a single footprint, the Vulcan 72SS-6B36GT Endurance™ natural-gas-powered restaurant range features six burners, a 36-inch-wide griddle, and two standard ovens. The surface is evenly divided, featuring burners on the left side and a griddle on the right side. While cool-to-the-touch burner knobs control the heat, snap-action thermostatic controls can be used to set the griddle's surface to a precise temperature. To save energy, one shrouded flashtube pilot system powers two burners simultaneously, and each burner has a lift-off heavy-duty cast grate and aeration bowl for efficiency. The griddle's 3⁄4-inch-thick plate is durable enough to endure high-volume cooling and heating, and it heats evenly to reduce the risk of scorching ingredients. For simple cleaning, the burners feature an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray, while the griddle includes a 4-inch-wide front-mounted grease trough.
Beneath the stovetop, two standard ovens with 263⁄8-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 14-inch-tall interior cavities can be set from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various baking requirements. These baker's-depth ovens each include two racks and four rack positions, and full-size pans can be inserted front to back or side to side. Their hinged oven doors are simple to open, and for safety, their handles remain cool to the touch during use. Because their door panels and bases are made of porcelain, they're simple to wipe clean as needed.

Its aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded to retain its integrity through daily use, and to reduce the chance of rocking or wobbling during operation, its 6-inch-tall legs can be adjusted on irregular flooring.
