Vulcan

The Vulcan 60SC-6B24GB gas range has a 24-inch griddle-broiler to expand your cooking options. To make it easy to clean, there is a 4-inch-wide grease trough and pull-out crumb tray. The base has a 23,000 BTU standard oven and 35,000 BTU convention oven. Each oven’s temperature can be set between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit and comes with two racks and two rack guide sets. The racks can be adjusted to four positions to achieve a variety of results. The front, sides, high shelf, and backriser are made of stainless steel, providing durability for commercial use.

The range top has 12-inch-by-1212-inch front grates that easily lift off for cleaning. The rear grates are 12 inches wide and 1412 inches deep, accommodating large pans and stock pots. Aeration bowls under each grate direct the heat and add structure to prevent breaking of the fingers. Lift-off heads on the six burners allow the operator to clean underneath the grates. The shrouded flash tube pilot system uses one pilot for every two burners, limiting the flow of gas to save money. The burner knobs stay cool while the Vulcan 60SC-6B24GB gas range heats up to reduce the risk of injury.
