For simultaneous grilling and frying simultaneously, the Vulcan 36S-2B24GN commercial range comes with two burners and a griddle. Additionally, it has a standard depth oven for baking pies, crostatas, and souffles. Because its griddle measures 24 inches wide, it's ideal for preparing fish, chicken, or steak, and it has a 4-inch grease trough in its front to catch and dispose of debris. With its 34-inch-wide top, the burner heads that sit alongside the griddle can accommodate stock pots for making soups and stews or pans for stir frying. The burner tops create an even flame with their aeration bowls, and they use a hooded pilot light system to prevent debris from reducing efficiency. These burner tops use an easy lift off capability, allowing operators to remove them for precise cleaning and sanitation after use.

The range's standard oven measures 26³/₈ inches wide by 27 inches deep by 14 inches high. Its spacious interior can provide space for full-size sheet pans that fit side to side. Because it includes two oven racks with four rack positions, it can adjust to meet a variety of culinary needs. This oven has a temperature range of 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the burner knobs stay cool to the touch to protect users from burns.

This 36S-2B24GN commercial range is sturdily constructed of stainless steel. Its front, sides, and back riser offer corrosion resistance and maintain its product life and visual quality with durability and strength. For added stability, the unit uses an aluminized steel frame connected with MIG welding. Overall, it measures 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high and stands on 6-inch adjustable legs for stability on uneven flooring. To reduce upkeep time, it comes with an extra-deep crumb tray that collects debris and can be removed.
