Vulcan 36ESB-480 Description
Vulcan’s 36ESB-480 electric salamander broiler provides precise temperature control for broiling, finishing, or reheating. Its stainless steel front, top, and sides form a sturdy housing for the 36-inch-wide unit, and a full-width spillage pan collects runoff from above. The six-position carriage adjusts using a cool-touch lever, helping operators position food closer to or farther from the elements.
This model can be field converted from three-phase to single-phase to accommodate different electrical setups. The Vulcan 36ESB-480 electric salamander broiler uses two 2,250-watt heating elements with dual-zone controls and includes two four-position, three-heat switches for 480-volt operation. Its chrome-plated broiling grid measures 271⁄2 inches by 13 inches, and the temperature range is 250 to 800 degrees Fahrenheit.
