Sautee, boil, or sear proteins, vegetables, and more on the Vulcan 12-2B LP gas range, which has two open-top burners for user convenience. Its front, sides, and back riser are made of durable stainless steel for prolonged service life, while its frame is made of fully MIG-welded aluminized steel. It has 6-inch long, adjustable stainless steel legs to place this unit at a comfortable height, and it features an open cabinet base, a pull-out crumb tray, and an energy-saving, shrouded flash-tube pilot system. It has cool-to-the-touch burner knobs to minimize injury risks, while its heavy-duty cast grates have an aeration bowl for greater efficiency. Overall, this piece measures 12 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high and operates with liquid propane gas.
