Traulsen UST6012-LR Description
The Traulsen UST6012-LR sandwich and salad prep table measures 60 inches wide by 341/2 inches deep by 36 inches high and is made of corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel. The unit sits on 4-inch casters for mobility and features a low-profile top for a compact design maximizing available space. The prep table comes with 24 sixth-size food pans that can be held within comfortable reach of the user in the cooled pan rail.
The top of the Traulsen UST6012-LR sandwich and salad prep table is equipped with a full-length nylon cutting board that can be removed for thorough cleaning and sanitation. The two sections in the base of the unit are accessible using two cabinet doors that open from the center and stay open past 105 degrees. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses capillary tubes to circulate eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and hold the internal temperature between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
