Traulsen UST328-R Description
The Traulsen UST328-R Dealer’s Choice compact refrigerated prep table is a good option for kitchens or eateries that are limited on space but need suitable equipment for prepping salads or sandwiches. Adding durability and strength, the table is made of stainless steel to hold up to daily wear and tear. Its surface is built to hold sixth-size pans, and eight conveniently come with the unit. Also included is a white nylon cutting board which can be flipped, adding to its lifespan. Beneath the surface is a cabinet covered in anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance and fitted with two adjustable shelves for spare foodstuffs. In the base and in the cutout pans, the temperature stays at a set level between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The whole unit is cooled by a self-contained refrigeration system, which is mounted at the back, and it uses capillary tubes and nonflammable, R450A refrigerant to maintain the correct temperature.
