Traulsen UST328-L Description
The Traulsen UST328-L compact refrigerated prep table has a stainless steel construction to help it hold up to an eatery’s daily grind. It is best used in kitchens and restaurants that frequently serve sandwiches or salads with little space for equipment. Its work surface is fitted for sixth-size pans and has a flat lid to protect them when they are not being actively used. On the front, a nylon cutting board provides a place to assemble sandwiches and salads. Because this board can be flipped, it has twice the lifespan of a non-reversible option. Inside the table’s cabinet is an anodized aluminum interior and two adjustable shelves, which can hold extra pans of ingredients for sandwiches or salads. So it can hold food a set temperature between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the base is refrigerated, and this temperature can be checked at any time on the interior thermometer. The refrigeration system is rear mounted and will chill the table unobtrusively, and because it breathes through the front, other equipment can be placed against its sides.
