Traulsen UST3212-R Description
The Traulsen UST3212-R refrigerated food prep table is reliable and compact, built to save space in constrained foodservice areas. Its stainless steel construction is long lasting and will fare well against scratching and wear and tear. Full of different ingredients, the tabletop’s cutouts can hold 12 sixth-size pans, and 4-inch-deep pans are included for use. Meaning it will last twice as long before it needs to be replaced, the front cutting board is reversible. Anodized aluminum lines the cabinet chamber, enhancing durability and corrosion resistance. It features an interior thermometer and two adjustable shelves—ideal for holding extra lettuce bins, lunch meats, or sliced tomatoes. Polyurethane insulation in the walls and a gasket around the door hold in cold air, preventing large temperature changes. Rear mounted, the table’s refrigeration system works behind the scene, and its front-breathing design eliminates the need for extra space on the sides of the unit.
