Traulsen UST3212-L Description
The Traulsen UST3212-L Dealer’s Choice refrigerated prep table is good for cramped kitchens or small operations where floor space is precious. It is protected against rust and scratches by stainless steel components, which also means the table can be wiped clean. The worktop’s surface is built for 12 sixth-size pans, which are included for user convenience, and it also comes with a nylon cutting board that can be flipped to extend its life, which is ideal for busy operations that go through boards quickly. Covered in anodized aluminum, the cabinet's interior is insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam and fitted with a thermometer for checking the temperature. Its pilasters hold two shelves that are adjustable to accommodate various sizes of items, while a self-contained refrigeration system works from the table’s rear, out of the way during service. This system is designed to maintain a steady temperature between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be set by the user.
