Traulsen UPT7218-RR Description
Including 18 food pans and four powder-coated steel shelves, the Traulsen UPT7218-RR prep table has optimal storage space for delis and other restaurants. The two doors are self-closing, have magnetic gaskets for removal, and stay open at 105 degrees for quick restocking. The surface top includes a reversible, full-length cutting board and a reinforced pan ledge to keep pans stable. This stainless steel unit comes with a removable pan cover and a pivoting lid.
The Traulsen UPT7218-RR prep table includes an interior-mounted thermometer and high-density insulation to keep the self-contained, front-breathing refrigeration system always cool. The system uses R290 refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly. This unit maintains temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and includes an automatic condensate evaporator.
