Traulsen UPT7212-RR Description
The Traulsen UPT7212-RR prep table keeps temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit with a self-contained, front-breathing refrigeration system that uses R290 refrigerant. Operators can set the ideal temperature within that range and use the interior-mounted thermometer to read the temperature of the rear-mounted unit. This refrigeration machine has a capillary tube system, non-electric condensate evaporator, and a forced-air evaporator coil. Insulation in the unit keeps cold air inside the cabinet.
The Traulsen UPT7212-RR prep table includes four powder-coated steel shelves inside two self-closing doors with a 105-degree stay-open feature. The door's magnetic gaskets are snap-in for quick removal and cleaning. The worktop includes a white nylon cutting board and a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf. The 12 included food pans are secured using a reinforced pan ledge, a pivoting lid, and a removable, insulated pan cover.
