Traulsen UPT7212-DD Description
The Traulsen UPT7212-DD sandwich and salad prep table is a compact unit measuring 72 inches wide by 341/2 inches deep by 441/8 inches high and sits on four casters for easy mobility or maneuvering as needed. The unit is made of durable stainless steel that resists rust and corrosion, and it has two sections and an insulated pan rail that can be closed with an insulated roll-top cover to keep contents cool and fresh. The pan rail can hold twelve sixth-size food pans, and the unit is also equipped with a full-length nylon cutting board.
The Traulsen UPT7212-DD sandwich and salad prep table has two sections with two drawers each. Each of the four drawers feature extruded handles and are made to hold eight sixth-size food pans each. The drawers are made of stainless steel, while the interior of the cabinet is made of anodized aluminum. The prep table’s base is refrigerated with a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system that uses capillary tubes and a eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to cool the cabinet. The electronically controlled refrigeration system works to hold the internal temperature between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
