Traulsen UPT6012-LR Description
The upper body of the Traulsen UPT6012-LR sandwich and salad prep table provides a 60-inch-wide space that fits 12 sixth-size pans. The display remains organized with the assistance of divider bars; the ledge is reinforced to keep the pans level and ease item removal. The cutting board is mounted directly in front of the pan rail for user convenience and is reversible to reduce overuse and wear on one specific side. The display is safe from contaminants and bugs because it features an insulated stainless steel cover. For mobility, it’s mounted on six 4-inch casters.
The cavity of the Traulsen UPT6012-LR prep table provides a two-section design holding two powder-coated shelves per section—great for additional items that enable quick restocking. The cabinet and upper pans keep cool with the assistance of this unit’s self-contained refrigeration system. This system, with integral components like the evaporator, capillary tubes, compressor, and evaporator, keeps conditions between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Humidity is minimized with the built-in non-electric condensate evaporator, and users can monitor the conditions of the unit via the electronic control with a three-digit display.
