Traulsen UPT6012-DD Description
The Traulsen UPT6012-DD prep table has four drawers—holding 15 food pans total—and a top rail, holding 12 included 4-inch-deep pans. These self-closing drawers come with magnetic gaskets and full-length handles with a gasket guard, while the doors can stay open for product stocking and cabinet cleaning. The heavy-duty pan ledge secures pans and the standard worktop includes a white nylon, reversible cutting board. This unit can be slid using its 4-inch-diameter casters.
The R290 refrigerant used by the Traulsen UPT6012-DD prep table is environmentally friendly and holds temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The front-breathing, self-contained refrigeration system is rear accessible and includes an automatic condensate evaporator and a capillary tube metering device. Temperatures can be monitored using the internal mounted thermostat, so operators can ensure it is at the proper level for the stored product.
