Traulsen UPT488-LR Description
Using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, the Traulsen UPT488-LR prep table has a refrigerated base that holds temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Within that range, operators can select a specific temperature for the unit to run at. The refrigeration is rear mounted, front breathing, self-contained, and it includes an air-cooled compressor and non-electric evaporator. To surveil the unit's temperature, users can watch the interior mounted thermometer.
The Traulsen UPT488-LR prep table is made of high-quality stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior. The top cut-outs include eight 4-inch-deep food pans as well as divider bars for smaller increments, while the sturdy ledge holds pans in place securely. The unit includes a reversible, white nylon cutting board and 4-inch casters to position the prep table anywhere in the kitchen.
