Traulsen UPT4808LR-0300 Description
The two door sections in the Traulsen UPT4808LR-0300 prep table each include two powder-coated steel shelves with adjustable pilasters. The worktop includes eight sixth-size pans and divider bars that accommodate various other sizes, as well as a white nylon cutting board. The reinforced pan ledge ensures pans stay secure and level, while the roll-top, pivoting lid serves as an overshelf and includes an insulated pan cover.
The Traulsen UPT4808LR-0300 prep table uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature is measured by an internally mounted thermometer and can be adjusted by the operator to reach an ideal holding level. The self-contained refrigeration system has an air-cooled compressor and a forced-air evaporator coil, and this system is accessible from the rear for swift maintenance and cleaning.
