Traulsen UPT328-L Description
In the top, the Traulsen UPT328-L Dealer's Choice sandwich and salad prep table can hold eight sixth-size food pans. Although the included pans are 4 inches deep, the cutout can also hold 6-inch-deep pans. A hood surrounds the pans and retains cold air, while the lid can completely cover them during slow hours. When raised, the lid creates a shelf for extra sauces and condiments. Food can rest on the 12-inch-deep cutting board during assembly, and slide towards the toppings they need to reduce messes.
Equipped with a rear-mounted refrigeration system, this Traulsen UPT328-L compact prep table maintains a set refrigerated temperature in both the pan rail and storage cabinet. The temperature level is adjustable from 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and at any time, users can open the cabinet door to check the current level. Because this door self-closes, temperature spikes are prevented, and magnetic gaskets create a tight seal for efficiency. Polyurethane insulation is foamed in the walls for cold-air retention.
