Traulsen UHT60-DD Description
For smooth mobility and maneuvering, the Traulsen UHT60-DD undercounter refrigerator sits on 4-inch casters. It has a total of four drawers with easy-to-clean gasket profiles; these drawers stay open and self-close for comfortable stocking. Furthermore, the inside cavity is insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane for reducing recovery times. The exterior body is constructed of stainless steel, the back and body are galvanized steel, and the interior is made of aluminum.
Because the Traulsen UHT60-DD refrigeration system is rear mounted, it saves space and fits into most kitchen floor plans. The capillary tubes circulate R290 hydrocarbon to keep temperatures at a set level between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit; the temperature is easily adjusted through the electric digit control panel. Operators can monitor conditions with a three-digit display in Fahrenheit and Celsius. This refrigeration system’s compressor and evaporator coil excel the unit’s operation, and the non-electric condensate evaporator minimizes excessive degrees of water or condensation.
