Traulsen UHT27-D Description
Ideal for holding sandwich and salad toppings, the Traulsen UHT27-D Dealer's Choice undercounter refrigerator can accommodate 12 sixth-size pans. It stores items in two stainless steel drawers that self-close to prevent cold-air loss and can remain open for product stocking. Made of stainless steel, this unit withstands daily wear and tear and has an increased resistance to rust and corrosion.
The interior is anodized aluminum for additional corrosion protection, while the self-contained refrigeration is handled through a front-breathing system that sits out of the way, enabling the cabinet to be placed between equipment. Mounted on a set of 4-inch casters, this Traulsen UHT27-D refrigerator can be rolled around for cleaning underneath and maintaining the rear-mounted system.
