Traulsen TS066HT Description
Using R404a refrigerant and a self-contained refrigeration system, the Traulsen TS066HT Spec Line sandwich/salad prep table holds product between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can adjust these levels with precise microprocessor controls and monitor them on an LED display. Each of its two doors are self-closing and equipped with snap-in magnetic gaskets to streamline cleaning. This unit accommodates nine third-size pans and features insulated lift-up rail covers.
To provide lasting durability, the Traulsen TS066HT refrigerated prep table’s interior and exterior are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel. This material can withstand rigorous use without denting, rusting, or corroding and can be quickly wiped clean. Inside, it’s equipped with four wire shelves that promote airflow around product. To facilitate transportation, this unit is mounted on 6-inch casters.
