This Traulsen RR132L-COR01 one-section roll-in features a top-mounted refrigeration system that includes a condenser, compressor, and high-humidity evaporator coil to keep the cabinet’s internal temperature between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature level is simple to monitor and adjust with the microprocessor control system and simple-to-see three-digit display. This display provides visual and audio alarms, displays temperature in Fahrenheit and Celsius, and has a data port to transfer specifications. The refrigeration system cools the cavity with R134A refrigerant, while a non-electric condensate evaporator reduces high amounts of humidity through intensive use.

This Traulsen RR132L-COR01 one-section roll-in cooler provides a 36-cubic-feet interior space. Because of its roll-in style, this unit can accommodate a maximum rack size with wheels inboard of the frame that measures 27 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 66 inches high; racks can be easily inserted using the built-in ramp. A single solid door is constructed with the body, and the cabinet exterior and interior are made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The stainless steel door is mounted on cam-lift hinges, which have a concealed switch that activates the interior cabinet’s lighting. This model has a ³/₄-inch thick cork and 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation to upkeep optimal temperatures while minimizing energy expenditure.
