The tall and compact Traulsen RLT132NUT-FHS reach-in freezer features 21.13-cubic-foot capacity that is ideal for most restaurant layouts. Its storage space is separated by three coated-wire shelves to maintain organization, and the unit itself is constructed of corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel. This freezer is paired with one full-sized door that stays open past 120 degrees and uses an EZ-Clean gasket. The freezer is designed with a heated perimeter to keep from accidentally freezing shut.

The Traulsen RLT132NUT-FHS commercial storage unit features a balanced and self-contained refrigeration system that holds temperatures between 0- to 5-degrees Fahrenheit using a front-facing condenser, a condensate evaporator paired with a high-humidity coil, and an air-cooled compressor. The storage unit uses R290 refrigerant to help remove ambient or room-temperature air. During use, staff members can monitor the temperatures of this unit by consulting the LED display.
