Traulsen RIH132LP-FHS Description
Insulated with polyurethane foam, the Traulsen RIH132LP-FHS roll-thru full-height heated cabinet efficiently retains heat and energy. With a temperature range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, it keeps food held inside warm until it's time for serving. It operates with a ducted fan air distribution system for uniform heating. A 66-inch-high rack can be rolled into either side of the unit on threshold ramps, which are fitted with guides for smooth loading. At the end of the night, the doors can be locked to prohibit unwanted access.
Sealed with heat-resistant gaskets, the Traulsen RIH132LP-FHS insulated heated cabinet's doors self-close when they're left open, and they can be propped open to help operators load a rack inside the cabinet. This unit is made of resilient stainless steel that can handle a long life in a commercial establishment.
