Traulsen RHF332W-HHS Description
For efficient operation, the Traulsen RHF332W-HHS insulated heated cabinet has an alarm that alerts employees of temperature changes, doors left open, and interrupted power supplies. The temperature operates in the range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and to retain warm air, the cabinet contains foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane insulation. The reach-in cabinet has three, standard-depth sections, and it features 79 cubic feet of interior space. This unit measures 86 1⁄8 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 83 1⁄4 inches tall.
The Traulsen RHF332W-HHS full-height heated cabinet has locks on its six half-height, solid doors to prevent unwanted access outside of operating hours. The doors self-close with a stay-open feature, reducing energy loss and facilitating product access. To accommodate a variation of items, it's equipped with nine adjustable shelves, which are chrome plated to resist corroding. For additional strength, the interior and exterior are made of 20-gauge stainless steel.
