Traulsen RHF332W-HHG Description
The Traulsen RHF332W-HHG insulated heated cabinet is fitted with 6-inch legs that can be adjusted to stabilize it on sloped surfaces. With 79 cubic feet of interior space, the unit measures 861⁄8 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 831⁄4 inches high. Microprocessor controls can be used to adjust the temperature from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and for monitoring, an alarm will sound if the temperature drops or rises, if a door is left open, and if the power supply is interrupted. This unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to help conserve energy.
With a chrome plating, the nine shelves in the Traulsen RHF332W-HHG full-height heated cabinet are corrosion resistant. They can also be adjusted to hold a variation of items. Composed of 20-gauge stainless steel, the unit resists rusting, corroding, warping, and denting. The doors lock to reduce tampering, and when they're opened, incandescent lights automatically turn on to illuminate the cabinet. To see product held inside without the risk of temperature fluctuations, the six half-height doors are made of glass.
