Traulsen RHF332W-FHS Description
To help prevent heat loss and conserve energy, the Traulsen RHF332W-FHS full-height heated cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. Adjustable with microprocessor controls, this unit operates in the range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The nine shelves can be adjusted to hold a range of product, and to resist corroding, they feature a chrome plating. This unit is constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel that's strong enough to handle high-volume use, and it's built with 6-inch legs that are adjustable to prevent wobbling.
The Traulsen RHF332W-FHS insulated heated cabinet has an alarm that sounds if the temperature gets too low or high, a door is left open, or if the power supply is interrupted. The three full-height, solid doors have locks to protect against theft, and they can be propped open to streamline cabinet loading. Built with three sections, this unit features 79 cubic feet of interior space. Overall, it measures 861⁄8 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 831⁄4 inches high.
