Traulsen RHF332W-FHG Description
The Traulsen RHF332W-FHG full-height heated cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam to preserve energy and reduce temperature fluctuations. Constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel, it's durable enough to handle heavy-duty use and is also resistant to rusting and corroding. To simplify monitoring, an alarm will sound if a door is left open, the power supply is interrupted, or if the temperature gets too low or high. With microprocessor controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
To reduce energy use, the Traulsen RHF332W-FHG insulated heated cabinet's doors are made of glass for an interior view, and they self-close if an employee walks away. The doors can also be propped open 120 degrees to help users load and unload the cabinet. This unit includes nine adjustable shelves that are chrome plated to resist corrosion. To help users locate specific product, incandescent lights power on automatically when a door is opened.
