Traulsen RHF232WP-HHG Description
The Traulsen RHF232WP-HHG two-section heated holding cabinet is built with 20-gauge stainless steel and incorporates a pass-thru design with glass Dutch doors, providing visibility into the cabinet without opening it and releasing heat. When the self-closing doors are opened past 120 degrees, they will remain open. Incandescent, shatter-proof light bulbs are automatically turned on and off with a switch in the hinges as doors are opened and closed. Each section of the unit comes equipped with welded-on pilasters for added strength and three adjustable clear-coated shelves. To streamline cleaning, the EZ-Clean door gaskets are magnetic and simply snap into place after being removed.
To improve the reliability of the Traulsen RHF232WP-HHG two-section heated cabinet, it's equipped with several alarms notify staff if a door is open for too long, temperatures are too high or low, and if there's a power failure. If the cabinet loses power, the unit stores the time at which power was lost, the time of restoration, and the temperature at the time of startup. All three pieces of information can be used to determine whether food was below the proper holding temperature for too long and can help limit food waste due to unknowns.
