Traulsen RHF232W-HHG Description
The Traulsen RHF232W-HHG full-height two-section heated holding cabinet measures 58 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 831⁄4 inches tall and has a reach-in design featuring Dutch doors. Because the glass doors are transparent, staff can see directly into the cabinet without opening the doors. For improved visibility when the doors are opened, incandescent lighting is automatically turned on using a switch included in the hinges. The cabinet comes standard with six adjustable shelves, while its pilasters are welded to the interior for added strength. Adjustable stainless steel legs on the bottom of the cabinet enable the unit to remain level.
To ensure temperatures inside the Traulsen RHF232W-HHG two-section heated holding cabinet remain consistent, it's equipped with a ducted heating system that continuously circulates air to prevent the formation of hot or cold pockets. Because it's insulated with thick, high-density polyurethane insulation, maintaining temperatures is efficient, requiring less energy than a non-insulated cabinet. An alarm will also notify operators if the cabinet strays too far from the set temperature.
