Traulsen RHF132WP-HHG Description
The Traulsen RHF132WP-HHG heated holding cabinet has a pass-thru design with two sets of glass half doors, providing a direct line of sight for staff to monitor food. Built with a ducted heating system, the cabinet eliminates cold and hot spots by continuously circulating heated air. A set of stainless steel legs fixed to the bottom of the cabinet enables operators to individually adjust each leg to ensure the cabinet remains stable. It comes standard with three chrome-plated adjustable shelves that sit on sturdy welded-in pilasters.
The digital control panel installed at the front of the Traulsen RHF132WP-HHG heated cabinet has five buttons to help operators cycle through, display, and adjust settings. An alarm system notifies staff if the temperature varies too greatly, the door is left open for too long, or power to the unit has failed. In the event of a power failure, the unit will display the time power failed, was restored, and the temperature at startup, which can help reduce unnecessary food waste. Automatic incandescent lighting is turned on when either door is opened to improve visibility.
