Traulsen RHF132W-FHS Description
To best maintain its internal temperature, the Traulsen RHF132W-FHS full-height heated holding cabinet is equipped with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, while a ducted heating system circulates air to eliminate cold spots. The cabinet's constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel that resists rust and corrosion and has a solid insulated door. The single-section cabinet measures 297⁄8 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 831⁄4 inches tall and includes three chrome-plated shelves. A set of four adjustable stainless steel feet on the bottom of the unit ensure it remains stable as pans are loaded and unloaded.
To simplify control over its settings, the Traulsen RHF132W-FHS full-height heated holding cabinet has a digital panel at its front with an LED display for all the available settings. The panel is water resistant to prevent damage and the power button automatically restores the last selected temperature on startup. Incandescent lights are installed on the cabinet's interior and turn on and off using a hidden switch inside the hinges.
