Traulsen G32003 Description
The Traulsen G32003 display refrigerator features six half-height doors made of glass, which provide a tight seal using EZ-Clean door gaskets. A 70.1-cubic-foot storage space is split into three sections behind these doors, and nine epoxy-coated shelves are factory installed to heighten organization. This commercial refrigerator also features interior LED lighting, four 6-inch-high casters that lock for added stability, and an anodized aluminum interior and sides to resist corrosion.
The Traulsen G32003 refrigerated storage unit holds temperatures between 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with the use of its self-contained cooling system. It includes a front-facing condenser for simplified cleaning, an air-cooled compressor, and a condensate evaporator that’s paired with a coil. To maximize space, this coil is located outside of the food zone, and the unit utilizes R290 refrigerant. For accurate adjustment and monitoring, line cooks can use the microprocessor control and LED temperature display.
