The sides and interior on the Traulsen G24314P Dealer's Choice pass-thru heated holding cabinet are made from anodized aluminum—a durable and corrosion-resistant material. Straightforward to use, the water-resistant microprocessor control has an LED display and can show three-digit temperature readouts in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Using the controller, staff members can adjust the temperature to a level between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on the application.

Because this Traulsen G24314P two-section heated cabinet is equipped with full-size doors on both sides, it works great for connecting the kitchen to the front of the house. Doors are insulated to retain heat and self-closing to reduce heat loss. Gaskets ensure a tight door seal, while an internal door pan protects the gaskets from damage. To hold product, its interior has three shelves in each section, and LED lights ensure food is visible. For security, staff can lock the cabinet on either side. When cleaning, staff members can pull the magnetic gaskets out of the door frame, and because these gaskets have an EZ-clean design, the cleaning process is streamlined.
