The Traulsen G24304P hot-holding cabinet's two-section, pass-through design allows kitchen staff to store product inside the cabinet for the wait staff to pull and serve throughout the day. This two-section model has two half size doors on both sides of the cabinet; the left section doors are hinged on the left and right section doors are hinged on the right. The hinges each have a concealed switch that automatically activates the interior LED lighting when the doors are opened.

To keep the temperature inside the cabinet retained, the doors self-close but also stay open past 120 degrees to make loading product easier. The aluminum one-piece sides and interior are anodized in order to be protected from corrosion. On the Traulsen G24304P hot-holding cabinet, the water resistant microprocessor control system is easy to use and includes a digital LED display and a Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature display.
